Brief Biography：

Meng Cai studied at the School of Optical Electronic Engineering, Nanjing University of posts and communications (2013~2017). she graduated and received her bachelor of engineering degree in June, 2017. She is now pursing his master degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering under professor Lilin Yi in Future Ready Optical Network Technology Research Group (FRONT), State Key Lab of Advanced Optical Communication Systems and Networks. Currently, she mainly focus on Optical Signal Processing.
